We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another Charmed One in need of some gleaux. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service total. ⏳ No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from booking in the future. ✨ Running Late? A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Anything beyond that may result in a shortened service or a reschedule, depending on availability. Your time is precious and so is ours.
